Lavinia began her career in Learning and Talent Development as a Corporate Trainer. Now she is a Certified Professional Trainer who designs training and creates custom content based upon her client’s needs. Lavinia is also an inspirational speaker and coach.
Whether on stage or facilitating a class, Lavinia has helped and inspired thousands of people grow forward in their careers, businesses, and relationships.
As a Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, she has traveled the United States serving clients in corporate and non-profit and arenas. She specializes in soft skills such as onboarding new hires, leadership, and customer service. She has also helped with change management while training on big rollouts of software systems.
Lavinia Marshall

David is a successful leader to leaders, salesman, and coach. He has led teams to meet or exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis in telecommunications, technology, and the auto parts industries. He won “Salesman of the Year” on several occasions. David has been most recognized for his ability to take his team from worst to first by understanding people, the product, and the market.
David has been a winner an achiever all his life. He attended Eastern Michigan University where he earned an athletic scholarship. Today he is a member of their All Decade Team as he was honored twice as Most Valuable Player. Marshall began his NFL career with Cleveland Browns where he was the only rookie free agent to make the team. He ended his career with the Miami Dolphins. Marshall also played in the CFL with the Toronto Argonauts where he was twice named League MVP.
